Bagels 

A taste and texture that will please even the most discriminating palate, just like you remember.

We bake our bagels fresh every Wednesday and Friday with limited flavors and quantities, and on Saturday with a large selection of delicious flavors. We also aim to keep our freezer stocked throughout the week. Stop in and grab one sliced and toasted with your choice of cream cheese, butter, or nut butter - or grab a mix-and-match bag of your choice to take home!

Call ahead to have more than a dozen reserved! Please Note: Bagels are a multi-day project! The dough is made and formed and frozen AT LEAST overnight before being boiled and baked. We need your Saturday orders by Wednesday so that we have time to get the dough ready for the Saturday bake! Orders for the week need to be placed by Monday!

Our bagels are based egg free (with flax meal replacement), and dairy free (unless the special flavor is an added cheese), so they can be considered VG for dietary/allergy concerns, but are pre-boiled in a honey-baking soda water bath if that is a concern.
